Shani Pride is a visionary storyteller whose work lives at the intersection of creativity, cinema, and social impact. With over two decades in the entertainment industry, she brings a bold, emotionally resonant voice to everything she creates—across film, television, and digital platforms.

Pride is currently in pre-production on With Love, Me—a deeply personal feature film set in France that she is writing, directing, and starring in. The film explores themes of grief, self-love, and creative rebirth. She is also developing Brownsville Redemption, a raw and powerful television series she wrote and created that examines equity, access, and resilience.

On screen, Pride has delivered compelling performances in acclaimed shows such as CSI: Miami, Weeds, and American Horror Story, while also starring in award-winning independent films and co-starring in major studio projects. Her versatility spans acting, commercial campaigns, and voiceover work—with a global portfolio that reflects both artistic range and emotional truth.

Shani Pride’s storytelling also extends into cinematic storytelling and strategic narrative development for brands and companies — where complex ideas are translated into emotionally resonant, visually compelling narratives. She partners with aligned organizations to craft high-level storytelling assets that build trust, clarify positioning, and communicate impact across digital platforms. View selected cinematic storytelling work here.

Her journey began in theater—first as a student at the prestigious Los Angeles County High School for the Arts (LACHSA), and later at UCLA’s renowned Theater School. Classically trained and deeply rooted in craft, she has studied with master teachers across Los Angeles, New York, London, and Italy.

Her mission is clear: to tell stories that don’t just entertain—but awaken, inspire, and transform. Through every frame and every word, she invites others to feel deeply, think boldly, and remember who they are.
